We’ve got the dojo largely set up, and we’ve set our opening day as May 5th (Cinco de Mayo!). I’ve still got to build weapons racks and we’ve got a few minor things to finish up, but other than that, the mats are down, and we’re ready to open our doors on May 5th! Our schedule is established
Weapons arrived last week! Many thanks to The Kiyota Company for delivering exactly what we needed in a really short period of time… Kiyota is located in Baltimore, MD and we both miss visiting Kiyota in person.
Our first week, we’re starting with techniques from Shomenuchi! Our web presence is largely established at this point, and we’ve had a few local folks browsing our web page. We’ve not done much marketing yet, but I’ll probably put up Facebook and Google ads next week just to test the waters a little.
